This upcycled button up shirt was made from an eight point star lattice quilt. The quilt itself was made pre-1910s, and has been maded in some spots along the way. Because of the age there are some light wear spots that were unavoidable in the construction of this garment. I love this shirt especially because of the patterns matching in the front the way it does! The red stripe makes the other other nuetral toned stripe blend in, like an optical illusion. This shirt also has two mates up in the shop, a pair of shorts and a hoodie.

There has been some mending done to the hoodie, as it is over a century old, but all mending and patchwork is done as clean and tidy as possible:)
