What is the backing/lining of the masks?

All masks are lined using new 100% cotton twill.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with the receipt of your purchase. All readymade garments and apparel will be shipped out within a week of purchase date. A second confirmation of shipment email will be sent containing all package tracking information as soon as the package has been shipped out.

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for stolen, late, or damaged items after being shipped out or in transit.

What size art the garments?

Each item will have specific measurements listed in its product description.

 

Do you make alterations?

At this time, all readymade garments are sold as is. For specialty alterations, please contact me at aaronsobetski@gmail.com to discuss options available 

 

Are all items handmade?

Yes, all apparel and garments are designed and handcrafted by me, Aaron Sobetski! As many of the textiles I use are vintage/antique, I try to take as much care and consideration in the making process in regards to the dignity of the textiles themselves.

How can I refund my purchase?

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your products if you wish to return any purchase. Any unworn and undamaged readymade apparel can be shipped back and a refund will be made within 10 days of receiving each product.

At this time, all sales are final for all custom apparel and sanitary accessories(masks). 

PLEASE NOTE: All products are made using authentic, vintage textiles. This means small tears, stains, and discoloration are expected in most garments. All products are inspected before the packaging and shipping process begins to ensure the safety of each piece.
